What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, checks and money orders. Table orders paid by cash or check receive a $15.00 discount. We do not offer any payment plans.

How do I order my custom table?

We welcome all our customers to visit our showroom to touch and feel our tables in person. The craftsmanship and quality of our tables can not be described in pictures. For custom tables and poker services quotes and orders, please email or call B&V Poker Tables:

How long does it take to build my custom table?

We typically build 10-20 tables every two months in what we call a “production run.” At this time we purchase large quantity of quality lumber and schedule day at our partner’s cabinetry shop with the CNC wood milling machine.

Once the cuts for race track rails and table bottoms are made, we begin the finishing process and order the other table materials (suited speed cloth, vinyl, legs, pedestals, foam, etc.) based on the custom order.

Depending on when the custom table orders are placed, a table can be ready within 48 hours (if all table parts and materials are in shop) or 4 to 8 weeks for a complete customized table. Please keep in mind, we build every table by hand and don’t rush any tables to avoid poor craftsmanship.

We often have completed custom tables in our showroom that are ready to take home.

Do you manually cut your race track tables?

No. Unlike other table builders we have partnered with a cabinetry shop to cut our tables. This allows us to make precision cuts to our tables. Cuts are perfect! There are no rough edges or noticeable crooked hand cuts. This is where we differentiate the quality of our tables versus other table builders.

Do you manually finish your race track tables?

No. Again, we use our partner’s professional spray booth to stain and finish our race track tables and wood pedestal legs. There are no brush marks or streaks in the finish of our tables. The end result, furniture-quality finish; nothing less.

What materials do you use for your custom poker tables?

We purchase lumber used for our tables in bulk. This is the same lumber used for high-end cabinets and kitchens. Most table builders get their wood at their local lumber yard, Home Depot or Lowe's; not B&V Poker Tables. Our lumber contains far less knots and have beautiful natural wood patterns.

What is B&V Poker Tables warranty and guarantee policy?

We take pride in the quality of our work and we assure each and every customer the guarantee of our craftsmanship. We build each poker table with the same intentions that we would want them built for our home. We guarantee our craftsmanship for three (3) years. Any problems our craftsmanship, just give us a call.

Any other table designs or styles available (e.g., octagon 8-person tables)?

At this time we only offer oval shaped poker tables. This allows us to build perfect tables each time. The demand for this style by far outweighs all other sizes and styles. Table specs for the other style tables are uploaded to the CNC machine (computer); which takes many hours to fine tune. Eventually we will offer other table styles.

B&V Table measurements are: Length 96" x Width 46" x Height 30"

How much do your tables weigh?

Our race trace tables with standard 30” chrome folding legs weigh about 120 lbs.  You can probably add about 45 lbs for wood pedestals and more metal pedestals. Our Casino style tables are much lighter, weighing about 85 lbs.

Why do you use 30” inch folding legs instead of the standard 24” ones?

30” wide folding legs provides much better table stability than 24” wide legs. Trust us on this one. Don’t get sold on 24” folding legs. You don’t want a table that wobbles or one that players can not lean on. Additionally, we add braces under the table that prevents our tables from bowing in the center. By the way, we also attach two (2) carrying handles on the bottom of the table to allow you to easily move or store the table.

Do you have other types of pedestal or table legs available?

Yes. In additional to the 30” chrome folding legs, we offer custom wood pedestals in single or double (connected) styles. Additionally, we have access to metal disk style pedestals.

Can I get a custom logo printed on the suited speed cloth?

Yes. We have access to printing custom logos on our suited speed cloth with a process called Digital Dye Sublimation. Dye Sublimation is a digital process that infuses your art work or custom logo directly into the suited speed cloth; unlike silkscreen logos which are raised on the surface. The logo and colors will never be removed or rubbed off with time or extended play on the custom poker cloth. This is the reason why dye sublimation poker cloth is the way to go!

Can you print collegiate or professional sports teams on the cloth?

Yes. We have access to most collegiate teams. We are working on other professional sports teams. We don’t want to infringe on trademarks.

What other types of playing surface do B&V Poker Tables offer?

We primarily use suited speed cloth because if its quality and durability. Over the years, we have personally built and played on other fabrics such as: velveteen, faux suede, moleskin, felt, billiard table cloth, vellux, velvet, etc… None compare to the playability and durability of the suited speed cloth.

Our suited speed cloth is protected with Teflon Fabric Protector which is stain resistant. This suit speed cloth repels water and oil based spills. Guaranteed to exceed 30,000 double rubs.

Who do you cater your Poker services to?

Our poker services cater to players of all playing levels in settings such as corporate, social or private events. We (our dealers, tournament managers) truly enjoy teaching the game of Hold’em to people interested in learning the game of poker. Our past clients include Fry’s Electronics, Tribal Fusion, Morgan Hill Charter School, RW Barid & Co, Children’s Creative Learning Centers, and many more private parties and tournaments.

Can I purchase poker supplies and table building materials directly from B&V Poker Tables?

Yes. Our retail shop offers all material and fabrics used on our custom tables. This includes suited speed cloth, padding, foam, vinyl, legs, drink holders, etc.  

Our Poker retail shop offers:

We welcome all our customers to visit our showroom and retail poker shop in person.

Does sales tax apply to purchases made with B&V Poker Tables?

All purchases made in California are subject to California state tax.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled before they are shipped or picked up will be issued a full refund, less the down payment. Returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

Do you ship your custom tables?

Yes. We only ship to the lower 48 states. We have obtained custom table boxes made specifically for B&V tables. Our shipping/freight partner can provide door-to-door service at an economical rate. When submitting your order/quote, please provide us with your shipping address.

Do I need to assemble the table if shipped to my home?

Our standard race track and casino style table offerings do not require any assemble. Our tables are shipped in one-piece. However, tables with custom pedestal require some very simple assembly (10 minutes at most).

Do you have additional shipping information for B&V custom poker tables?

All tables are shipped by ground transportation via our freight partner. Of course, tables can be picked up at our shop at no charge (we highly encourage this).

• Oversized items (poker tables) typically arrive to your curbside within 7 business days after leaving our shop.
• The freight trucking company is not responsible for carrying the item into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your table.
• We strongly recommend you have someone available to assist you when the table arrives.
• The delivery company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.
• If there is concealed damage upon opening your shipment, you must call us within 5-days of the receipt of delivery.
